The power was out for about an hour at Mosaic Stadium on Saturday night, causing a delay in the middle of the Saskatchewan Roughriders' pre-season game against the B.C. Lions. Electricity at the stadium and the surrounding area went out around 8:30. SaskPower said it was because someone shot a confetti cannon at a power line, causing lines to touch, which in turn caused fuses to blow.
